Survey

CUNY Libraries to Participate in LibQUAL+

February 2005

This spring the Libraries of the City University of New York will participate in a survey of library service quality. CUNY will be one of hundreds of colleges and universities involved in the survey. The survey is called LibQUAL+.

LibQUAL+ was developed by the Association of Research Libraries and Texas A&M University. The survey measures user perceptions along three dimensions:

All CUNY faculty and students for whom there is a valid electronic mail address on file will be sent a message inviting them to participate in the survey. The short, confidential web-based survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.
